2023/24 - Feedback provided to NSC’s Draft Noosa River Catchment Management Plan.
- Cooloola Great Walk (CGW): CCA MC summarised the issues put forward by the community regarding the CGW and sent them to Sandy Bolton for response. Throughout 2023, CCA continued to liaise with NSC and provide updates to the community.
- Liaised with NSC re foreshore flood damage reinstatement.
- CCA sought assurance from NSC CEO to consult this community via the CCA for any concepts about a possible master plan proposal for Boreen Point.
- Facilitated meetings between councillors and the community.

2022/23 - Kept the community apprised on the Noosa River Stakeholder Advisory Committee (NRSAC)and Noosa River Management Plan.
- Sunshine Coast Airport Airspace Changes Runway 13/31: MC attended the Sunshine Coast Airport Flight Path Changes Post Implementation Review Community Workshop held in October 2022.
- Facilitated a community meeting with Sandy Bolton MP in April 2023.

2021/2022 - Cooloola Great Walk (CGW): CCA summarised the community's issues for Sandy Bolton’s response.
- Noosa River Stakeholders Advisory Committee (NRSAC) - assisted with MSQ changes to the moorings and vessel management in the Noosa River.
- Facilitated a community meeting with NSC re the River Plan and the NRSAC in November meeting 2021. Topics included risks associated with derelict vessels, moorings etc. on the lake and upper river; risks to Boreen Point from vehicle and vessels associated with the CGW; council's progress with the River Plan.
- Foreshore Restoration: Requested NC to commit to a plan for a long-term solution for the foreshore.
- MSQ/NRSAC consultation and other matters: CCA raised concerns regarding foiling and possible changes made to the lake. CCA investigated having a representative on the NRSAC board.
- Tree removal on Louis Bazzo Drive - removed by Department of Main Roads for safety compliance to horizontal offsets. CCA to liaised with Landcare and local community environment groups re replanting.
- Noosa Council community catchups dealt with remotely as a result of the Covid 19 restrictions.
- Re-engaging the community and CCA with the Noosa Mayor and councillors post elections and delays caused by Covid 19.

2020/2021 - CCA continued to deal with the restrictions in carrying out its responsibilities during the Covid 19 pandemic, dealing with postponements of meetings, including meetings of the management committee.
- ASA Maroochydore Airport flight path changes: Having CCA recognised as a community to be considered in the Post Implementation Review.
Terms of Reference reviews x 3 and submissions. Community engagement process x 2 submissions. - Disaster Management Plan for Cootharaba - Coordination with Noosa Shire Council (NSC).
- Facilitated meeting with Mayor Clare Stewart and councillors at GM February 2021.

2019/2020 - Researched local issues for submission to the new Noosa Plan – short stay effect on rentals etc.
- Sunshine Coast Airport new runway – Submission to AirServices Australia and registered to receive any updates regarding the second runway operation. (Refer AirServices Australia FAQs webpage).
- Facilitated meetings with Tony Wellington and Sandy Bolton at February 2020 GM. Res: containers for Cash (Wine bottles), Louis Bazzo Bridge, Cooloola Great Walk, Fish Task Force, River Management, Feedback from Fires Review, Library Bus ‘alternative’, Teewah Road sealing.
- Bushfires Nov 2018 - GM postponed due to threat, resources engaged with RFS, focus on Disaster Management Plan.
- Community Recreation Centre (CRC) update - Community survey reviewed with NSC.

2018/2019 - NSC sought approval or feedback for the new Noosa Plan via CCA.
- Questionnaire for Cootharaba Recreation Centre (CRC) following the 29 Nov meeting with Mayor, Tony Wellington.
- Tony Wellington and Noosa councillors (Frank Pardon, Ingrid Jackson and Brian Stockwell) attended the February 2018 GM.

– Environment Strategy – Focus group workshops – Biodiversity, Waterways and Sustainable Living. Rhonda Killeen, Anne Gunn, Charlie Charlesworth and Robin Salmon all attended various days.

2017/2018 - Our major success was the incorporation of the CCA. This had been difficult to achieve since being proposed 15 years ago!
- Noosa Council continued to join us with representation at our meetings to listen to the community's concerns.
- Continue to follow up on key issues with elected politicians on the Eco Camp Discovery proposal. Update from Sandy Bolton MP at AGM. - Coal Seam Gas Lease concerns were pursued, and Sandy Bolton provided feedback at the AGM.
- Newly refurbished community notice board – thanks to Doug Straker (CCA & Bush Care) – costs absorbed by CCA and donation from Robert Killeen).
- CCA liaised with NSC throughout the year on: trees dying and the use of the camping ground areas by campers, on-going quest for sealing of Teewah Street, upgrade of footpath/verge Lake Flat Road to Woonga, more regular mowing for safety of all walkers, vegetation queries (new building allotments) etc.
- CCA sought council approval to erect a plaque in salute to Keith Pugh for his tireless efforts to this community. The plaque was subsequently installed.

2002-2017 Before incorporating in December 2018, CCA facilitated numerous projects and assisted in resolving a wide range of issues within the community:
- Hatch’s Bight gate
- Mobile phone coverage
- Updated signage at Louis Bazzo Drive/ McKinnon Drive intersection
- Lakeside viewing platform constructed
- Supported objections to the development of mega quarry at Kin Kin
- Upgraded picnic tables along the foreshore
- Ralph and Jean Duffield bench seat installation
- Village precinct plan
- Sealing of local roads
- Lake Cootharaba Nitrogen Project
- Titanium Enterprises ‘The Edge Noosa’ proposal (rejected)
- Various repairs and maintenance issues in the area
