The Cootharaba Community Association's financial year is from 1 April each year. Membership renewal fees are due by 31 March each year. Email reminders are sent in February.

Current membership renewals

Memberships for 2026/27 financial year were due by 31 March 2026. Members must be financial to vote at meetings.

Please use your surname as the reference, and send notification of payment to cootharabaca@gmail.com.

Payment can also be made in cash to the Treasurer at or before a general meeting.

If any of your details have changed, e.g. address, phone, email, etc., please email the Secretary with your new details at cootharabaca@gmail.com.

Ending your membership

You must notify your intention to end your membership in writing to the Secretary at cootharabaca@gmail.com. Membership ends if membership fees are in arrears for at least two months.
