Privacy Policy, Content Disclaimer & AI Statement

The Cootharaba Community Association values our community's privacy and is committed to managing our website, visitor data, and content responsibly.

  1. Collection and storage of personal information

Our website features a "Contact Us" form that collects your full name, phone number, and email address. This information is provided voluntarily by you so we can respond to your inquiry.

Our website platform, Webador, stores this form submission data on its secure servers on our behalf. Because of this automated storage, we actively hold personal data from our users.

  1. Data management and security
  • Purpose: We only use your details to communicate with you regarding your specific inquiry or association matters.
  • No third-party sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with external marketers or unauthorised third parties.
  • Routine clean-up: As a matter of best practice, we regularly review and permanently delete old form submissions from the Webador Editor when they are no longer required for our records.
  • Your rights: You can contact us at any time to request that your contact details be updated or permanently deleted from our system.
  1. Human authorship and assistive AI editing

The core information, announcements, and written materials published on this website originate from drafts authored by our human volunteer committee members. To ensure our communications are clear, well-formatted, and easy to read on the web, we may utilise artificial intelligence (AI) tools strictly as an assistive editing and proofreading function. Because our human team retains complete control over the substance, facts, and final approval of all text, we assume full editorial responsibility for everything published on this platform.

  1. Content accuracy disclaimer

While our volunteer committee members review all information to the best of our knowledge and abilities before publishing, all content is provided for informational purposes only. The Cootharaba Community Association provides no guarantees regarding the absolute completeness or permanent accuracy of the information, and we accept no liability for accidental typographical errors, omissions, or temporary inaccuracies.
